Simply clink the FREE Estimate Button or you contact us via email, phone call, or text.

Depending on your project, we will setup a time to visit in person for a FREE estimate. Some estimates can be handled with a call and texting/emailing pictures of your project: like installing a Faucet or Smoke Detectors

Project Manager will build an estimate based on your needs. 

Prices are based on 2 things: material and labor. We can handle the procurement of the parts/material, or you can provide them and we will provide the labor/tools.

After you approve the estimate, we will schedule your project. We understand some clients want us to start "right away", and some need to schedule the project out a few weeks.

Communication is key here. We will stay in touch with you. From confirming the arrival time, and completion. 

We will send pictures/updates if requested 

(mostly requested by Property Managers)

Once we have finished, we will offer a walk through so you can inspect the final project, and provide any feedback as needed. Once the project is complete we will send you the invoice for processing. 

Home repairs can be stressful, so we do our best to reduce that stress.
